Why does CVS Caremark provide the Values in Action Recognition program?

Our colleagues put in their hearts and soul in showcasing our values everytime we interact with customers, clients and amongst each other; this is instrumental in helping us deliver our strategy and purpose. Work like this should, and is, recognized here at CVS. And we want to reinforce this outstanding colleague behavior as it demonstrates the core value of our company.
And we know just the right way to do that in a fun and easy way; we call it Values in Action. Our colleagues here are CVS Caremark are doing an amazing job day in and day out and just like everybody else—even they need an acknowledgment—you know; a pat on the back saying, “Great Job Buddy.” This is exactly why we initiated Values in Action.
How do I access CVS Values in Action online ?
Simply follow this http://myRecognition.CVSCaremark.com. You can access it from your office, home or while you are on the go; through any of the mobile or desktop devices. If you happen to be in office, you can log in via links given on myLife, myHR and RADAR (for CVX/pharmacy stores).
Logging In To Your Values in Action Program
You must be logged in to be able to use your program. Some programs use Single sign-on (or SSO) that allows you to log in via your company network. And in case your programs uses Single sign-on, you will not be able to access your program until and unless you log into your company network; that is, of course, if you are already not logged in.
You can follow the following steps to log in to your CVS Values in Action program directly:
- Navigate to your program’s home page.
- Enter your user name.
- Enter your password.
- Check the box to remember your user name to make your next log in even faster.
- Click the Log In button.
