The Illinois Department of Public Health (IDPH) maintains a registry of all certified nursing assistants (CNAs) who have successfully completed their training and certification in the state. This registry provides information to employers, consumers, and other entities about the qualifications and performance of certified nursing assistants. In order to access the registry, CNA’s must first login to the Illinois CNA Registry.
Steps to Login to the Illinois CNA Registry
1. Go to the Illinois Department of Public Health website at www.dph.illinois.gov.
2. On the homepage, click on the “CNA Registry” link.
3. On the next page, click on the “Login” link at the top right corner of the page.
4. Enter your Username and Password in the fields provided.
5. Click the “Login” button.
6. You will now be logged in to the CNA Registry and can view your profile, search for CNAs, and view the registry.
