Q. Where can I find my User ID?
A. Your User ID can be found on your Citigroup ID card or by contacting your HR representative.
Q. What should I do if I forgot my password?
A. If you have forgotten your password, click on the “Forgot your password?” link on the login page. You will then be redirected to a page where you will be asked to enter your User ID. Once you have entered your User ID, you will be asked to create a new password.
Q. How often do I need to change my password?
A. You are required to change your password every 90 days for security reasons.
